Privacy policy
Dinvaresto B.V. ("Dinvaresto", "we", "us") greatly values the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which data we process when you visit our website or subscribe to our weekly Eco newsletter, on which legal grounds we do so and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data do we process?
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your first name and email address. When you visit the website, we process technical data such as IP address, browser type, language preference and visited pages in order to improve the readability and accessibility of the platform.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to send you the Eco newsletter, to answer your questions and to measure general use of the website. The legal basis is your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in keeping the website safe and usable.
4. Retention period
Newsletter subscription data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Statistical log files are retained for a maximum of 12 months and anonymised thereafter.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use processors within the European Economic Area for email delivery and website hosting. We enter into processor agreements with all of these parties.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any moment. Requests can be sent to redactie@dinvaresto.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority in The Hague.
7. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated. The most recent version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest update.
